I swapped emails with Allison Atsiknoudas of iiProperty.com this weekend. They have a really cool property listing product that mortgage pro’s could use for additional value added services to their clients. Did I mention it’s FREE? My favorite word! Here’s a bit from her email:

You can obviously use your url’s anywhere…on other websites, other listing sites and in print (signs, flyers, local classifieds). We also save your listing until the next time you need it. No need to remember what you wrote. Just edit and reactivate your rental listing any time.”
