I’m a sucker for free calculators. The Mortgage Coach Index Analyzer is a new favorite of mine. It provides insight for borrowers and mortgage professionals when comparing various indices and their associated margins by tracking the COFI, COSI, MTA, and LIBOR. In addition, it allows you to create a custom report for your borrower.
