Dustin Luther, of the Rain City Real Estate Guide sent me an email last spring asking me to add his new blog to my Real Estate & Mortgage Blogs list. Even though it was brand new, I could tell it was going to be a nice site. 3 seasons later, I think it’s the best the real estate blogosphere has to offer. Dustin now has six active contributors, a grasp of both the market and the tools used to present it, and he’s even working on a project to re-invent the MLS.
For any Realtor, Loan Officer, or Appraiser, looking to blog about real estate, this would be an excellent model to emulate.
