Real Blogging launched this week, a collection of 20 big time industry guru’s, working together on one big, happy, team web site.
I have no doubt that the talent drafted to this website will result in a tremendous addition to the real estate industry. One thing however, I found a bit brash. They are self-proclaiming themselves to be the “Official” Real Estate Industry Blog. Official? The folks at Rain City, Matrix, Curbed, Behind The Mortgage, and Grow-a-brain might have a different opinion. But, what the heck, nobody else claimed the title, so they may as well take it. I just hope they understand the true spirit of blogging is where bloggers participate in, and promote other blogs, in addition to their own.
In lieu of these events, I have decided to self-proclaim lenderama to be the Official Mortgage Industry Blog. After 15 months and over 400 posts, there’s no way I’m going to let some Johnny-come-lately mortgage blogger come in and take the crown without a fight. :p

There are many interesting posts. I have not seen individual blogger with 400 posts in real estate. I have seen company blogs with that many posts so this maybe official blog

Todd, I am glad you claimed this, but it gives my claim to the Un-official Official Mortgage Industry Blog more credence!
