The Sky Is Falling!

Mortgage interest rates increase again! The highest in almost four years! In fact, they are so high, I can’t remember them every being so bad!

Oh wait, yes I can. Rates have been around 6.5% for most of my career. When I started, 6.5% was a rate so low, I would have salivated at the chance to sell it.

Get a grip people, rates are up a bit, they’ll probably go up a bit more. People still need homes, rates are still very good. Move along…
