OK, Here are some thoughts.
Listing agents could offer podcasts of each property for the benefit of buyers who visit their website. Brokers could offer a podcast of the daily market conditions with advice on whether or not to lock. Company Trainers could take the mortgage coach idea and issue training iPods to new brokers. Tell them to sleep with it on.
Still, I bet there’s a killer app out there that someone will come up with.
