Podango, a podcasting distribution website, now includes a Mortgage and Real Estate Channel with some excellent, free, training from industry professionals including Chad Weber. Chad has contributed to lenderama from time to time as well. The advantage to a podcast is that you can download it to your MP3 player (iPod) and listen to it at your leisure. Rush hour traffic is a good time.
I believe this form of training media hold a great seal of promise due to it’s convenience. The Ibis Group offers monthly podcasts and don’t forget Eric Webster’s huge library of free training for newbie Loan Officer’s. Eric’s training focuses on lead generation based largely on telemarketing. The Ibis, and Podango sites concentrate more on working with Realty Agents.
“My Humps”, “Temperature”, and “Feel Good Inc” have been in your iPod long enough. It’s time to reload, and get some great training.
