Tax tips to pass on to your borrowers.

One way to keep in touch with past borrowers is an annual reminder of the tax deductions they may be eligible for, thanks to the mortgaged home you helped them acquire. Since I’m not a tax advisor, I usually just pass on articles like this one. Also remember that PMI is now deductible, a change that occurred this year.

With all of the turmoil in the industry these days, it’s more important than ever to keep in touch with past clients to assure them you are a professional that’s here for the long haul.
