B2B Mortgage Blog Round Up
Two and a half years ago, when I decided to convert lenderama into a blog, there were only a handful of mortgage blogs. Handful is accurate because you could count them on one hand. At the time, all of these blogs were consumer focused. I have to admit that it does give me a little bit of pride to be the first guy with the notion to build a B2B blog for our industry. The following blogs are are made of a similar mold. For me, every time I see a new B2B blog further validates my efforts. Here's a run down of the B2B mortgage blogs I read.
Broker Watchdog has been posting consistently for well over a year now. This blog is a mix of original content and links to interesting news articles throughout the country.
Better Closer Blog is chock full strategies in tuning your sales skills and leveraging technology. Bill Rice is also the CEO of Kaleidico, an exception CRM product for our industry.
Mortgage Broker Coaching is a new blog from David Porter. David used to publish a consumer based blog, but has moved into semi-retirement and is offering his wealth of knowledge back to the industry. Mortgage Broker Coaching is my favorite B2B Mortgage Blog.
The Mortgage Cicerone has only been around for a few months now, but Tony Gallegos has opened the flood gates in sharing his experience in the industry. There's an incredible amount of great content here for such a young blog.
Savage Insights author, Dave Savage is better known for his company, The Mortgage Coach. Much of Dave's posts focus on his company, and link to some really awsome presentation materials.
Bliss Sawyer operates the go-to blog for marketing ideas. Check out the Archives as there's nearly a year's worth of good stuff.
Blogging for Mortgage Professionals is not only B2B, it's a blog about blogging. I just found this blog a few days ago, it's great!
B2B Mortgage Blogging seems like such a no-brainer for anyone who markets to loan originators. I hope more industry professionals will see the light.
