lenderama is looking for guest bloggers

by Todd Carpenter on June 19, 2007

In a recent post on blog building, I mentioned that I’m making a change here at lenderama. For the first time, I’m inviting contributors to participate in the blog. I got three interested responses, but so far only one is an official contributor.

As you may have noticed, George Costanza Mortgage Leads was the first post published by by my newest contributor, Paul, from Broken Credit. Paul has chosen semi-anonymity, and does not want his last name published. However, I might sell that information on Ebay if there’s enough interest. Seriously, I’m very happy to have Paul on the team as he brings a very high level of knowledge on credit related issues. Look for posts every other week or so from him.

In addition, I’m still looking for as many as five more interested bloggers to contribute anywhere from 2-8 posts per month. Ideally, I would like to add a real estate agent, a LOS or related software provider, an underwriter, a real estate investor, or anyone else who can offer a more divergent experience for lenderama’s readers. Posts need to be to the benefit of my primary audience, loan originators & other mortgage professionals.

Payback is exposure to your own blog and whatever expertise I can provide you in helping you grow your own self-brand. You do not need to have a blog to participate. This could also be an opportunity to test the blogging waters without committing to the creation of your own blog. I can offer advice to help you get one started later down the line

If you still looking for an underwriter I’m available…..I have an online mortgage training company and I underwrite for a major wholesale lender. I’ve been in the mortgage industry 12 years.

Hello!

My name is Robert Lusk. I have a small shop in the metropolis of Roanoke, VA. There is nothing too exciting here, which is kind of good. We don’t see major swings like the rest of the country.

We do however have a tremendous amount of FSBO’s. I’m sure that is the case in most regions. What I specialize in is controlling millions of dollars of real estate transactions on a monthly basis with systems that target FSBO’s. I pride myself in the fact that I will never have to ask a Realtor for business again. In fact, I have them chasing me! I have to admit, after years of chasing my tail and doing whatever Joe Realtor asked of me, I am completely liberated.

I would be honored to do some posts on your blog about my systems. If you would like to contact me feel free. My email is: rob@elanfinancialgroup.com and my phone number is 540-904-7971.

I look forward to connecting with you!

All the best,

Rob Lusk

Hi Todd,
I am a Senior Fraud Investigator for a nationwide mortgage company. I would be happy to provide information on “what to look for” in a mortgage transaction to assist others in the industry or to alert buyers of those “special deals” to stay clear of. Let me know if you are intersted. Thanks,
Angela
