Two more new contributors for lenderama

I hope you all enjoyed Chris Lengquist's first article here on lenderama. I'm jokingly anointing him our "Token Real Estate Guy". As his first post proves, Chris' perspective as a real estate agent is going to be a very valuable voice here at lenderama. Welcome Chris! I also want to thank Lani Anglin of Realtor Wives for recommending Chris in the first place.

In the next few days, Bill Rice of Better Closer Blog will be chiming in as well. Bill's a guru with using technology to improve your closing rate. I'm really looking forward to his contributions as well.
