In just under three years of reading blogs about the real estate industry, I just read the quintessential, top dog, number one post of all posts from all blogs. Ardell DellaLoggia at Rain City Guide’s The Flip Side of the Sub-Prime Story masterfully slices through the goth-blog diatribe to show how many in our country took a chance, worked hard, and grabbed the brass ring.
