Wow! Where Have I Been?
I just looked up and noticed it had been a couple of weeks since I last posted here! So the question is, "Where have I been?"- Two kids birthdays celebrated.
- Started another blog titled Olathe Home Services for "regular" home buyers and sellers.
- My hard drive crashed and Dell fixed it for $0 since I had purchased the warranty. (Glad I backed up two days earlier!)
- Sold 3 houses. (I thought this was a slow market?)
- Training a newer couple to help me help them.
I read all over where the market has made major changes. And I know it to be true. But look at it as a chance to gain market share. It's there and it is waiting for you.
