Todd - Your site is one of my daily required reads and should be for any one else in our industry. Looking forward to Lenderama 2008.

Personally, I think Tony made a mistake. I’m not worthy. I saw this pop up in my Google Alert, hit the post and then had to attend to the New years Festivities we had planned. I am deeply humbled by Tony’s including my writing in his list.
