121 and counting

121-and-counting

I was reading my HitTail for keywords and saw that someone had hit my site looking for “freezing HELOCs”

HitTail

They searched Google’s Blog Search. I followed along here…

Google blog search

There’s my post at the bottom - but Hey there’s Diane Cipa! I’ve been meaning to grab her RSS Feed.

No time like the present…

Diane’s blog

And from there it’s just a quick click to get it into my Feed Reader.

So like the old joke about the guy jumping up and down on the manhole cover “99, 99, 99, 99 …”

I am now at 121, 121, 121, 121

Nothing is more fun than following a visitor search.

I have gotten a few from a really wierd long tail. Go figure this one…”florida mortgage sex”. It turns out I am numero uno in that one. How’s that for marketing?

Sometimes it’s just the wierdest things. I have no idea how it works sometimes.

Last April I noticed hits on Radical for “tcs foreclosures” and some asking “is tcs foreclosures a scam” so I checked out their web site.

Since I often refer to my company, The Closing Specialists as TCS, I didn’t want any confusion, so I put up this post:

http://radicaltitletalk.blogspot.com/2007/04/tcs-foreclosures.html

You cannot believe how many hits I get everyday on that post. It has a life of its own.

Diane:

The link to your post about TCS Forclosures is not working? Please tell me anything and everything you know about them so that I may make an informed decision as to whether or not to join their team as a researcher.

Thanks

Hi, Julie:

That post was deleted when I blew my blog brains our and deleted the entire content of Radical Title Talk. ;)

I don’t have personal knowledge of the company but my impression after reviewing their site was to be leery. The comments posted by others were all negative except for one that was from a company representative.

Just as note, the only reason I looked at the company at all was because my blogs were getting hits looking for it. I refer to The Closing Specialists as TCS and that’s what was pulling in the search engine hits.

Good luck and be careful.
