I’m happy to announce two more regular contributors for lenderama. I would call them new, but both have shared their thoughts on lenderama in the past.

Chris runs the show at Ten Day Team, and participated at Blown Mortgage. He’s also taken advantage of my Sound Off offer, and is now going to make regular contributions. Here are a couple of his prior contributions. Chris has some very innovative ideas for how LO’s should work in the future, and we’re all about moving forward here at lenderama. Welcome Chris!

Chad actually might be the very first contributor to lenderama. With his permission, I published a few of his early articles. Chad is a coach for loan originators. What I like most about his recipe for success, is that he focuses on the tried and true path of working with real estate agents. Chad is joining as a strategic blogger. What that means, is like Trace at Ipagio, I like their product enough to let them focus on it as the topic of most of their posts.

I have a few more potential contributor’s that may be coming aboard. One perspective I’m still looking for is that of an appraiser. If you have a recommendation, please let me know. For now, please welcome Chad and Chris to lenderama.
