You can’t believe how many transactions wind up up on our doorstep with a short sale already approved by the lender and NO one has a HUD-1 drawn with full facts. Heck!
These transactions are always fast track and some loss mitigation departments don’t move that quickly, so…….
PALEEESE remember to get the title and lien letters done and a REAL HUD-1 approved by the loss mitigation department so everyone can move to closing with confidence.
I might be wrong but I don’t think you can get short sale approval without a buyer in hand so let your buyer pick their title or escrow agent pronto and get the ball rolling. We’re here to help if you let us. ![]()
