Two more contributors are joining lenderama today.

lh.pngLuke Helm is a reverse mortgage specialist who wants to share his experiences with this emerging market. I’ve been dying to get someone to write about reverse mortgages, so I was thrilled when Luke contacted me.

dm.pngDaniel Martin is the Community Manager for Mad Mortgage World. If you like reading lenderama, you’ll love Mad Mortgage World. Daniel will be sharing his thoughts on social media marketing for both real estate and mortgage professionals.

So how about you? Do you want to help loan originators succeed?  I think we have enough room for  at least a few more contributors. Divergent perspectives are welcome. I’m still looking for an appraiser. More real estate agents and title pro’s  are welcome as well. If you work in, or around the mortgage industry, and in need of a big fat digital soapbox, let’s talk. todd@mariah.com.

Alright, I need to start by thanking “the Big Guy upstairs” and my family. Man this thing is heavy,… wait I also want to thank my producers, Manny and Gunter - you are the best!

Seriously… I can’t wait to join the conversation! See you later in this MAD world!

Welcome both. Looking forward to your perspectives, wisdom and opinions. Hope you can mix in some fun along with the posts. Things are bleak enough as it is, and we badly need some humor here.
