Real Estate 2.0 - the Audio Podcast
Daniel Martin and Molly Lynn

This episode is a bit longer in length but, has more about the social network everyone loves to find confusing: Facebook. We get a little crazy and in depth as we discuss ways to build more “friends” and go deeper in your current relationships. We also talk about which applications are worth adding to your profile and how to keep a professional image.

This is a great podcast. Here’s a few notes from me on Twitter.

I’m tcar (nice and short!)

http://twitter.com/tcar

Follow me and then check out who I’m following if you want to meet other originators and real estate agents.

I use Twhirl on my Mac and on my Linux box and it works great.

I’ll never follow Scobble. Just cuz.

One interesting use for Twitter is to post market reports for your clients. See Dan Green’s Twitter page.

Another cool gizmo to integrate Twitter into a WordPress Blog is Twitter Tools. I use it for my new personal blog.

Note to Chris the producer. Molly friended me on Facebook and started following me on Twitter right away. Maybe she just doesn’t like you?

Also, thanks for the shout out about REBlogWorld!

Just to continue with Todd’s list (not to shill our own product, we just happen to think it’s cool) But check out http://twitterflex.com. TwitterFlex is a tool that let’s you use Twitter to get the latest mortgage pricing information… enter a few parameters and you’ll get real time pricing back.
