Despite loosing more than half our potential readers to the massive fallout in the mortgage industry, lenderama has continued to grow. Seen by an average of 15,000 Unique Visitors a month, lenderama’s core audience is made up of loan originators focused on moving forward, even in these tough times.

Advertising in lenderama is a great way to reach these forward thinking professionals.

Opportunities are limited, but prominent. Instead of lining a column of the blog with tiny banner ads that readers tend to tune out, lenderama limits the total ads published to two text adds and one HUGE banner, all located in high visibility hot spots.

Graphical Banner Ads

These ads rotate, and are sold on a CPM rate of $25. CPM represents cost per thousand impressions (aka page views). For example, if you were to purchase 50,000 units  the cost would be 50,000 x $25 / 1000 = $1250. The minimum purchase is $500 (20,000 impressions) and run throughout the site.

Text Ads

Limited to two ads, directly below the main banner. This add is displayed on every page view of the blog. Text ads are an extremely economical way to get your product in front of all of lenderama’s readers.

This add is limited to four lines, and about 15 words. Lenderama determines the text font, size and background to compliment the rest of the site. No-follow tags may be applied to your links.

These ads are sold on an annual basis at $1500 per year paid upfront. Lenderama has served up well over a million page views in 2008 with months to go. The effective CPM is less than 15 cents. The long term of this campaign means less work for us in billing/marketing this spot. Terms of less than one year are not available. If paid in advanced, this rate can be locked in for up to two years.
