When I first started the lenderama blog, I spent quite a bit of time on mortgage fraud. Soon I decided to dedicate an entire blog to fraud. It sat at this very URL. Eventually I realized that trying to cover fraud is a full time job. I gave up and left it to more dedicated bloggers.
I may not have time to cover it, and you may not either, but maybe we can work together. This search engine tags web pages that cover mortgage fraud. I’m also opening it up to other interested volunteers that would like to add content as they find it. When volunteers find a story about fraud, they can tag it for inclusion in the engine with a couple clicks of their mouse.
To be a volunteer, you need to prove you are an interested party. Anyone with their own fraud blog, consumer groups, and anyone else who already publishes content about mortgage fraud can volunteer.

Hopefully, this will be a resource where people can check out what’s happening with mortgage fraud in their area, or use it to shine the light on those who commit it.
